Clean: 2-3 times a day.

Solutions: Saline or Trinkets Piercing Aftercare Solution.

How to Clean: Soak a cotton bud, clean both sides gently, and remove buildup.

Avoid:

•   Changing jewelry too soon
•   Sleeping on the piercing
•   Touching or twisting
•   Excessive sweating
•   Hair dye, shampoo, conditioner

For Swelling/Bumps:

Apply a cold compress. Consult a doctor for infections. Clean regularly with saline.

Don't use: Alcohol, petroleum jelly, baby oil, hydrogen peroxide.
